Hold tight, Scott - the third Cam venture is coming soon and you’ll need all the cellar space you can spare…meanwhile open a bruiser like n.57 — new DN ownership hasn’t come close to offering anything like that.
Not sure that this was surfaced before but it appears as though there is a new line being developed under deNegoce name. Currently there are 3 listed in COLA - Cabernet, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay.
I feel like this surfaced somewhere so if that’s true and this is a repeat, disregard.

Looks like this, no AI needed:
If so, interesting that they use different bottles.
I have to imagine that if you like Rhone whites, buying this one is a no brainer, unless you are full or waiting for TN to get started like 90% of us. But this one seems solid! You don’t see Inglenook bulked out too much! Plus killer vintage!
I’ve been waiting for a good white, but I’m unsure of the profile of the rhone blend without prior experience. After a quick search it categorized as a relative lower acidity wine with medium weight. Wasnt sure this would fit my pallet as I like white with a good bit of acidity.
Blancaneaux. Spot on. Was a wine club member there for years. As soon as I read the description, it was obvious. Never had a great affinity for this wine. YMMV.
huh. I thought we were due for the anticipated glut of '23?
Cam is using our $1K deposits to stockpile…
Thanks for the tip! Glad I checked in, thought I was full…I’ll make room. This is what I probably should have waited for instead of the higher-acid and so far relatively simple #526 Grenache Blanc. Maybe I’ll do some blending Interesting that the winery bottling is 13.7% vs 13.2% for dN #542. What’s half a point among friends?
I noticed that too, but maybe that’s why they bulked these barrels out, alcohol was too low. And there is a legally allowed +/- for alc %, but not sure what it is.
My guess on those 2021’s are “shiners”.
My thoughts exactly. Maybe we’ll get some more Robert Craig!!
Stan_E,
Maybe some Martin Ray shiners too ?
here is what is coming… lots of 2021s…
Interesting. 2021 was a long time ago in the bulk wine world, so yes, these have likely been in shiner(?) bottles
for a couple of years. Good for being more ready to drink now, but also a sign they never moved as originally intended. I looked at my cellar and I have 2 dN '21 Cabs, both were/are decent from memory, but I should check in on 435. Overall, I have too many 2021, but they are mostly from Washington. Might think about breaking my dN moratorium in next month if the deals are attractive enough.
