tough to find, it’s all warehouse type area. There is a Verizon building across the street. I had to ask one gentleman where 955 was because I couldn’t see it on the Benchmark office building, along with no sign either.
I randomly knocked on a door and an employee/contractor named John opened and he fetched my wines.
Nothing was set up inside either, offices etc. All in progress. This was a month or so ago.
He said his father is good friends with the owner of Benchmark and he is helping them out in the DC location.

Hi all, I wanted to let you guys know that I found a new state of the art wine storage facility off Route 1 in the Potomac Yards area of Alexandria, VA. The facility is within the larger Mini-U-Storage self-storage warehouse located at 405 Swann Ave., Alexandria, VA.
Given that Domaine DC is full and that Zachys DC’s wine storage facility is in limbo, I have decided to move my wine to this new facility. Plus it’s super close to my house given that I live in Northern Virginia. I am thrilled to no longer have to cross the river to get my wine!
