I just received a shipment of:
Veal Demi-Glace
Quail Eggs
Venison Loin, Boneless
Everything was perfect.
Kevin seems to be the only one smiling in this picture . . .
You guys ordered the wrong things!
I contacted them and they offered a refund or replacement, so at least there is that. They were apologetic. Sounds like they have shipping issues to work out.
They have refunded the shipping and replacing the damaged items with no hassle.
And they refunded the 30% difference with stated average weight for my order. If they had said 2lbs average and I received 1.75, it wouldn’t have been an issue, and the folks getting 2.5lbs would be ecstatic.
Received a well packed replacement today with a few extra items added at no charge. Good to see that they are willing to make a strong effort at “making things right”.
