So, is it ONLY Gosling’s Rum for it to be authentic? Bought some ginger beer a few weeks ago and want to make some.
At my old store, people only bought Goslings and Barritt’s for a dark & stormy. nothing else would do.
The D&S has become our house favorite. We’ve tried numerous combinations and our current favorite is the Ron Atlantico dark rum and Reed’s ginger beer with plenty of fresh lime. We tried Goslings and weren’t impressed. There are better dark rums out there for the D&S, IMHO. I think I’ll make one right now. Happy Friday!
