To all of the Falltacular donating wineries, THANK YOU! Without you, we neither have an event like Falltacular, nor do we have leftover wine in order to leverage the efforts to raise this additional money.
For those who bid and win, you simply coordinate with me via PM and I get your shipping info, you cover the cost (or provide me an airbill I can use) and we’re all set. I can start shipping as soon as next Thursday, as everything is already packed and ready to go.
For anyone who is interested in seeing what Laura’s House does to serve the community here, you can use this link and do some reading. It’s a wonderful organization (@Margaret_Bayston), run by people who care about ending the problems associated with domestic violence.

“Feels” like the Wineberserkers went above and beyond
We done good, Brig. The 13 lots on Commerce Corner raised just over $4,300 (one donor has an employer match so that cranked up the donation a lot!).
We also had someone who attended Falltacular be moved by what he saw and he has pledged $3,500 more, which is then matched by his wife’s company, which nets Laura’s House another $7,000 total.
All of this was done through the anchors of wine, fellowship and service. And now, with what we raised this week, plus the $33,000 from the event itself, we are just over $40,000, all of it going to Laura’s House, funding their work to educate, combat and provide recovery and legal services to families and individuals fleeing domestic violence.
I want to thank everyone who played some role in making all of this once again successful. It proves that leadership through service, a focus on others and seeing the best in each other can really move big mountains. THANK YOU EVERYONE!
