Court ruling allows NJ BYOB restaurants to advertise

Uber/Lyft all the time. No issues.

I occasionally run into a weird outlier in-between the BYO and liquor licence establishments. Its the formerly BYO restaurant that is suddenly “featuring” the wines of such-n-such winery, be it local or otherwise. Said establishment otherwise has no traditional drink menu, nor do they advertise this and the bottle pricing is often much closer to retail than restaurant. Are they leveraging some sort of winery “satellite” point of sale or is this just done on the sly?

Sounds like what is done in PA where wineries can have a certain number of satellite locations and can “hire” third parties to do marketing/sales at that location.
