Two reasonably obscure whites over the past week.

2002 J & HA Strub Niersteiner Brückchen Riesling Kabinett - Germany, Rheinhessen (6/2/2009)
Lovely, limey, tart, clean, lean, a true Kabinett. Quite pretty and the perfect thing with a crispy panko crusted halibut and Asian slaw on an unseasonably hot Seattle night. -
2004 Domaine d’Ardhuy Ladoix Blanc - France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Ladoix (5/31/2009)
Just OK. A little more pear and a little less lime than I want, but no oak. A pretty good Chard.
