2000 Monbousquet- corked!
2000 Smith Haute Lafitte
Gorgeous nose of leather, cedar, tobacco- dark fruits on the palate, smooth tannins, a bit short on the finish. Very nice wine.
Had the 2000 Monbousquet recently and was quite disappointed. Served next to a '96 Calon Segur that was stunning.
