This one is called “striptease”. You pour a bit of alcohol into the chocolate bowl, light it, and the leaves fall over the sides and cover the cake. Neat. A wonderful place to dine, and stay. Brown Hotel, Louisville, KY.

Dark chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. Coated with chocolate shaving and served with mixed berries and chocolate sauce, flaming with Bacardi 151 Rum.
