Racking my head here as it has been a few years (been going to Boltons, 400 Degrees & Pepperfire) but doesn’t Prince’s use cornmeal? I always do in my reverse engineered version.

What/where are these places?
I have posted this in the past. It is well worth 8 minutes of your time.
It’s a Nashville tradition.
Cheers,
Jason
Thanks…i watched it. I think I have in the past, too…I thought Cook’s Country was a restaurant.
This stuff sounds painful. Are there lots who can’t tolerate it, don’t enjoy it, a la szechuan cooking?
The best recipe that appears to be close to the Prince’s fried chicken that I have had is Matt(Rowdy) Richardson’s Hot Sichuan Fried Chicken. Delicious stuff!
Amen Brother!
Jason, Holeman and Finch in Atlanta is doing a hot chicken now too. Can’t say I love it . . .
Been too long since I’ve had some of that goodness.
Matt, you listening?
Jason! Where can we get this deliciousness in So cal!? There’s gotta be a place!
