I know NOTHNG about cognac but am looking to get some to make cocktails with, the first being a sidecar. Looking for something that won’t be wasted when it’s mixed in with other flavors, but also contribute some nuance (yet not be “too much” money–thinking $40 and under, ideally $30 and under).
Thoughts on the best options out there?
