@Patrick_Taylor not grassy/green at all which is how I also prefer my Sauv Blanc. Buy with confidence

Patrick – I would open the Sparkling and one of each of the whites with something you feel would be a good. Both Chenin and and Sauv Blanc would do well with a spring Risotto or light pasta, or at least that what my wife and I have been cooking lately. I would say if you open either of the reds – drink the zin over a day or two to watch it evolve and the Gala Cab for sure put through a decanter or double decant.
