Weather has moderated a bit, all the labeling of the EVOO is finished and I am in the packing stage for everything that has not already shipped (I shipped out a bunch yesterday)…
I am driving to Memphis in the morning to see my daughter’s last musical (Alice By Heart - a Alice in Wonderland spinoff taking place in the subway during WWII where Alice’s fiancé is dying of TB and the Nurse is a bit well rude… Alice then goes down the "Rabbit Hole) Nolita plays the dual part of the Nurse and The Queen of Hearts!! I am very much looking forward to the musical.
I will be back on Monday and plan to continue until I’m finished with all the shipping!!

Hi Patrick, I did not see your email earlier, apologies. Did you see the above message? I am working on getting all of the shipments out. No, yours has not shipped yet, for all the reasons in my above note. I am a team of one so it does take me a bit of time to get these orders out. To ship EVOO an vinegar does require A LOT of padding and it is time consuming. You will receive a shipping notification when I print your shipping label.
I can vouch for Nola’s packing from previous years. If a nuclear war starts tomorrow, the only things surviving are cockroaches and Nola-packed goods.
I am trying to get as much packaged up this week to make the shipping labels over the weekend. And ship out for most will be on Monday. 2 pallets ready prob another 2-3 pallets to go!
I have about 18 more to package up, and I’m working on them. There is another 45 awaiting pickup right now. I ran into a little glitch though. I have strained my back.
I’ve got my TENS unit on full blast and am trying to get as much packaged up and out as I can. So these last few may take me a couple days to finish.
My shipment arrived today safe and sound as always and I think the olive oil packaging would survive a nuclear war (or typical UPS handling). Tuna’s on the schedule for lunch tomorrow!

I have just a few more orders to ship, as well as one broken box that’s on the way back and one that I missed contents. Another one that I was going to reship as it was lost by a UPS driver then overnight magically found.
I was on self imposed R&R for the last two days along with a couple doses of flexeril and ibuprofen. Just ibuprofen today and the back feels much better!
