Hey Patrick, I don’t personally stock the pork. I am collaborating with Campo Grande, and they will handle all the shipping and logistics. I can send my contact and ask her when orders will ship on Monday. I can tell you I got an order shipped and it arrived via FedEx frozen! I was very happy with my products!!

Paella spices, tuna, EVOO. Wanted to pull the trigger on the Pork as I’ve ordered it in the past and actually still have rack of ribs and a Coppa in my freezer but with all the beef I ordered I’m going to be hard pressed for storage.
