Choosing Burgundy from a restaurant wine list

I am planning a restaurant visit during summer vacation, with a very nice list. I have shortlisted the wines below, what will bring the biggest pleasure right now? (one white and one red)

Is the Rousseau Chambertin really only 933 euro? If that is really the case, I’d buy multiple and walk out with 1 or 2 lol

19 Rousseau Chambertin is a monumental wine in a pretty good place right now; 17 is also magnificent but if they’re the same price I’d go for 19.

the lowest price is the 2019, but they are all in the same ballpark. A star on the 2019 then.

'12 Sauzet for white should be in a good place and you can send it back if it’s premoxed.

If 19 Chambertin sold out the ‘17 is really sensational. MChang and I shared a bottle this year.

Insanely good prices. I wonder if you’d be willing to share the restaurant? I assume you’ve verified that they are accurate, this reads like a list from 10 years ago.

I like 19 and would do PYCM CC and Rousseau Chambertin, with 17 or even 15 as a backup. You can’t go wrong

PYCM Chevalier and Rousseau 19 probably my two picks. Looks like a good list!

The pricing on the Sauzet Monty and Rousseau Chambertin seem too good to pass up …

But for lighter-footed pleasure and fewer €, I might go with the 17s: Roulot Boucheres and Liger Bel-Air Chaumes. I bet they are in the zone right now

I would be all over the PYCM Chevalier and any of the Rousseau Chambertins as they are less than wholesale price here.
