“local” is relative (to a guy on Pluto, wine.com is local to Chicago).
They ship for (marginally) free if you join their ‘shipping club’, so no shipping cost.

In reality, I’d use Binnys or Flickinger, places I’ve shopped and been happy!

1995 Mondavi Reserve @ $75 ea

A little thread drift, but $75 is steep for that wine. I bought a case of it from Winebid about 6 months ago for $45/bottle. The wine was great and is still pretty youthful.

The Reserve? In 750ml?

If so, that was the score of the year. Maybe of the decade.

You just won WHOTY [Wine Hunter of the Year].

Or else I’m complete tard when it comes to wine pricing.
