Inconsistency is typically just two half-steps from lying, especially if the operator claims that lower floors can be safely dust free, while upper floors are sealed and perhaps dust laden (unless each floor has its own segregated HVAC system and dedicated elevator shaft). If that is true, I should start vacuuming cat hair off my apartment ceiling.
David, you’re actually missing the point. Robert is using a rental facility to store his wine. We’re talking about him removing his wine to another facility. He doesn’t have to clean the racks and boxes unless he has some that he wants to move. Pain in the *ss? Yes, but not insurmountable. He doesn’t have to clean the “floors, walls and ceiling”, because he would be moving to a new facility.

I have around 100 bottles in their basement. Just seeing this thread for the first time. Made my night.
Apparently, the City is of the opinion that they are all clear. I think I’ve been there 5 times since they reopened. I am still alive, some might say.
