Nestled in the Saar region, the father-son duo of Erich & Johannes Weber has gained international acclaim for their fiercely traditional, “old-school” approach, crafting Rieslings that are celebrated for their bracing acidity, low alcohol, and crystalline precision. In a cellar where time seems to stand still, every wine is fermented with native yeasts in traditional oak Fuder and bottled by the cask to preserve the singular identity of each historic vineyard parcel.
