After moving to the area a year ago, building a cellar, and (finally) moving my wine here too, I thought I would see if there any groups in the area looking for another member and/or if folks might up for forming any sort of new tasting group.
I don’t like this one bit! You can’t have other friends!

Most of the groups that pick things up through us (Wine Warehouse) seem to be more profession or company based (folks at the same law firm or through the Darden school, etc). But our store is on the north end of town and I think that’s more of our demographic. Downtown the stores are more ‘social’ and a lot more of the clientele are hanging out more casually, so there may be more groups formed through or around them. Tastings and Crush Pad have both retail and restaurant licenses so they may even host some, may be worth hitting them up first. If you need any restock, let me know!
