Last night before our duck leg dinner, we finished the caviars from Las Vegas with Carollee’s blinis & crême frâiche. We each had two blinis with the California and one with the Caspian Sea. It was greatly enjoyed with almost half a bottle of 1996 R & L Legras Cuvée St Vincent Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs from Chouilly.
This morning for breakfast we finished the Legras with bagels with cream cheese and Nova and the lovely Sable. It was an enjoyable breakfast on a snowy, cold morning.
