Chada, Las Vegas - exceptional service

I finally got to Chada on my most recent trip to Las Vegas and found it wonderful. Both my wife and I loved the small dining room. The food was very well done and the wine list is great with many well priced options.

But what really impressed was the customer service. Everyone seemed to understand the balance between attentive and too much. Yet what happened after the meal is something I doubt that we will ever experience again anywhere. After they called 2-3 times to get us a cab back to our hotel and continued to be told that someone would arrive soon, they called the owner at home and explained our situation and how long we were waiting. Amy came the the restaurant, dropped something off and loaded me and my wife into her car and drove us back to our hotel.

We had already decided that Chada had replaced LoS for our future visits but having the owner provide cab services is a level of customer service that I would never expect and which I had to share. Chada is highly recommended for anyone heading to Las Vegas.

Awesome! I rally regret not going to Chada or LoS when I was in Vegas but I will definitely do Chada next time.

LoS for lunch and Chada for dinner.

This is probably the best way to do it. Or just not do LoS at all. That place is getting close to getting past its sell by date.

+1

Unfortunately, LoS has become reliably inconsistent over the years as it has expanded. I’ll be in Las Vegas in 10 days and won’t go to LoS for the first time after +/-100 meals there.

Bank Atcharawan brings it all night, every night, at Chada.
