The first CERA meetings for 2010 have been announced. CERA is a membership organization created for the purpose of sharing information, discoveries, problem-solving, etc. related to wine and winegrape production. CERA consists of 5 independently meeting committees: Winemaking Techniques, Viticulture, Sensory, Methods of Analysis and Microbiology.
Although becoming a member is encouraged, you do not need to be a member to attend a meeting. Please take a look at the CERA website, http://www.cerawine.com" onclick=“window.open(this.href);return false; or the CERA Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/group.php?gid=46308219035” onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for more information. You can always ask me, too.
