The last one was a raffle. You were told what would be offered and the cost and the then you signed up for x bottles and took what
you drew. I got three bottles which were not wines I would have chosen, but they were good.

I’ve been on the list for a few years and I didn’t get this offer. I don’t have anything from Cayuse since my order confirmation in September.

Nothing in my spam folder. And I logged into their website and there’s nothing available to me. But…Last Fall was the first time that I didn’t take everything that I was offered. There was discussion in a thread here where people said, “just order what you want and you won’t lose your spot.” I did so, but maybe that wasn’t good advice.

I am not sure that cutting back would cut you out of this. I have cut back and still got the offer. There is nothing on the website yet – it does not open until May 20, 9 am PST. What I would suggest is to go onto your account then and see if anything shows up. It is possible that it was not sent to everyone on the mailing list, in which case I would be happy to share some with you if you are interested, just pm me.

You are correct. I just received a letter with notice of the offer. It is a exactly what they did 2-3 years ago. They say what’s available at what price and you ask for up to 6 bottles and you get what you get. And it comes with your Fall shipment.

No, only 1. I believe you were guaranteed only 1 so I just went with that. It would’ve been nice to get more but spouse prob would not be happy with more unforeseen purchases

Ron, I’ve never had a Cayuse The Lovers. What’s been your experience?

I have had one or two. I keep meaning to open another. My memory is the first one I had was not that exciting. The second was better. But I remember thinking, oh this tastes good, more like the syrahs. But of course not as good. So why not just have one of the syrahs, which I generally love. I stopped buying the lovers a few years ago, but still have some of the earlier vintages. So may try to pull one from the offsite soon and give it a try. I will say that I love the label. In fact I have given some away as wedding gifts because of the name and label.

The Frog was $170 which is almost double the release price, but the others were not marked up much.
