I splurged. The Ossetra is shining. Huge eggs pale gold in color, bursting with nuttiness and fresh ocean breeze perception. Similar caviar from Petrossian or D&D would be about 4 to 6 times as much. Great deal Charlie, and thanks!
The hybrid was also very nice. Not as fine, but rich, and full flavored. I am thinking about getting more of both…

A little confusion here.
I meant that the warehouse is shipping out all the orders placed in the last few days today to those that have bought. Probably won’t be able to ship again until Thursday or next Monday.
Locals can always get caviar anytime. Doing a meet up tomorrow and Friday already! Thanks for the orders Socal-ers!
