just got off the phone with these jackasses. Order placed in march. Confirmed that wine was on order from supplier. Told wine would be in end of May. Follow up email said may or may not be able to get the wine now. Have not heard from them for a few weeks. Today I am told we have no idea when and if the wine will come in. Not waiting and will look elsewhere.

This brings up a good point. They are only a 2.5 star merchant. A feature Wine Searcher should really have is exclude merchants with rating less than X Stars. That would fix a lot of this nonsense for people, plus allow them to take money from these bad stores all at the same time!
Good for you for posting and naming the retailer. It is helpful to the entire community. Merchants that cannot be trusted should be outed.
I had a terrible (bait and switch) experience with these guys more than 10 years ago and would never, ever buy from them.

Sorry to hear your woes, but if you don’t mind my asking, what storage do you use? I’ve been looking for some storage solutions as having a real cellar is not really an option at the moment.
