A few years ago Felix started making some sparkling wines. They have just recently started getting released. He has a few cuvees. I’m not sure where the fruit from this cuvee comes from, but I know fruit from Hergott is used in some of the other sparklings that are made

Funny that you should ask. I tasted this for the first time last night with KP. The fruit for this release is from a parcel on the top side of Bürgel- the coolest part of the vineyard and was recently taken over by the Kellers for this exact wine. (KP said

The wine was spectacular - likely the best Riesling Sekt I have ever encountered. ~1g of Dosage (Extra Brut), incredible thrust, good stuffing without weight. Incredibly drinkable 
He also shared that they have a very small amount of Schubertslay ‘21 in tirage that will be released - one day. They said the opportunity was too good to pass up in vintage 2021 and they couldn’t resist, especially knowing they only have 10 vintages in Schubertslay.!!!
