This is actually a great suggestion. Best value in CA Pinot these days, and Ed Kurtzman’s (wine maker/proprietor) winery is in SF so visiting, picking up, and tasting is very easy.
If you’re looking for a wine club that offers lifestyle events, that’s a different story. I bet others can make suggestions.
Even though it’s not a club, but Maxem makes some of the best Pinot Noir from California that I’ve ever had. They source their grapes from UV Vineyard. Just wanted to put it out there!
+1 for this. Kurt is super nice and they have some really nice wines developing (depending on what you like).
I continue to enjoy the Windy Oaks club for ten years now.
