I haven’t had anything from WTSO that I haven’t enjoyed yet. Even the Jonathan Newman supplied and rated Mockingbird Hill Cabernet Sauvignon that was up a few weeks ago I loved. Great QPR. Wish I had bought more than 2!
I’m waiting for some kind of deal to show up on the Frazier Memento. That wine is amazing.
Anyone headed to Napa should visit Frazier. East of downtown Napa by/in Coombsville. Adam Caterino runs the tastings and is a really great guy. Interesting Petit Verdot and Cab Franc side projects too, but you have to taste the Memento. Fun visit, great people.
The only Frazier I’ve ever had was the Lupine Hill Cab. I thought it was not very good. Is that not a good example of Frazier?
Vintage dependant, as usual. I have had some very decent Lupine Cabs from them, although I think they found the vineyard excels in Merlot.
I might be wrong and probably am.
