Farmhouse Tap & Grill - great cheese selection, beer and a great arugula/kale salad
Alchemist - no brainer - Heady Topper on draft
Hen of the Wood - oysters, Fluke, Bass and Rabbit Loin - the bass was oversalted but the rabbit was incredible. - Paired with a glass of sparkling pinot blanc (for the oysters) and then a bottle of 2021 Aligote from Ch De Beru - Athenais

Prohibition Pig - for dinner did not disappoint. Kale salad which was great and for the meat - brisket and pork. The homemade pickles and slaw were great. So was their beer.
Tonight will be Fancy’s - which the chef is a James Beard semi-finalist - looking forward to that.

Fancy’s was outstanding - a memorable meal and one that I will not soon forget.
App - Whipped Feta with focaccia, cucumber, pepita and cranberrys - paired with a Rose
1st - Nori Butter Lions Mane Mushrooms with a hakurei turnip cake, scallions, sesame and crispy yuba
2nd - Braised duck Brik - leek crema, fig chutney and fennel
Both 1st and 2nd paired with a Rioja

I’ve been going up to Burlington for years and never heard of Fancy’s. Excited to try it now!
