I was in that cellar when the place was on the market for 32 million. I was a last minute invite for a special high brow wine lunch and the guy who owns that apt charged $160.for lunch in his home. Food was just fair not close to restaurant quality. The person that invited me forgot to mention that there was a cost going in.
When my FIL died many years ago, a police cruiser was stationed outside the house during the service. Of course, he was a police lieutenant. There ought to be a mechanism to have police at least drive by and check on houses during funerals.
