I get the weekly e-mail from Bar Boulud in NY, a favorite of mine pre-covid. It’s been at least 10 years since they started a program I really enjoyed… daily special btg pours from mag or larger.
This week’s pours strike me as bizarre, not so much for the wines but for the pricing. Have a look and let me know what you think. I think $45 is a lot of money for a glass of Bordeaux Blanc and that $20 is not a lot of money for a glass of Grand Cru Chablis.
