BTG Bizarre?

I get the weekly e-mail from Bar Boulud in NY, a favorite of mine pre-covid. It’s been at least 10 years since they started a program I really enjoyed… daily special btg pours from mag or larger.

This week’s pours strike me as bizarre, not so much for the wines but for the pricing. Have a look and let me know what you think. I think $45 is a lot of money for a glass of Bordeaux Blanc and that $20 is not a lot of money for a glass of Grand Cru Chablis.

You don’t care for their stemware?

I’ve eaten there dozens of times, never saw that glass. If that’s the size of the pour for the Bordeaux Blanc, I might go for a $45 glass… if I was with a party of four or more.
