For the first time in my life I can understand why people actually like Champagne. The wine was crisp, but smooth, juicy and flavorful but light, and the carbonation augmented the depth of the palate. A true pleasure to drink. 95 points.
Love the stuff - and not just Dom - but it is my favorite mass produced prestige label. It is amazing how much they produce.
