🍷 Briceland Vineyards - Humboldt's Finest Since 1985 - Old School Far North Ca Wines

Thanks for looking. We have been participating in Berserkers Day and on the site for more than a decade. I love the community. We rely on Berserkers Day to cover our bottling expenditures at this slow time of year. Over 80% of our orders this year are from repeat customers. This extra time gives first timers a chance to give our juice a shot. Check it out. Read the comments from trusted berserkers. Check out CT reviews. All signs are, it’s safe to jump in.

Thanks for your ongoing support to all of those who have come back for more.

Deals first, story follows. An asterisk (*) indicates that the wine was made with organically farmed grapes.

Thanks for looking at our 11th annual Berserker Day offering. The Berserkers experience has been a fantastic way to connect our tiny, off the beaten path winery with true wine lovers. What a joy!

Humboldt Pinots: Humboldt County Pinot Noir 6 pack (Offer #1) • $196
Two each of three Pinots, the vineyards are spread across the Southern Humboldt county. Ronda’s, located just a few miles northeast from the winery tends to yield wines of exceptional complexity and structure which are more acid than tannin driven. Phelps Vineyard is about two miles due North from the winery. It is known for surprisingly structured Pinots which take time to emerge. The 2015 Humboldt Reserve PN is a blend of mainly Phelps with Ronda’s and two other Southern Humboldt vineyards.

  • 2017 Humboldt Pinot Noir, Ronda’s Vineyard* (12.9% / 117 cases)
  • 2017 Humboldt Pinot Noir, Phelps (12.4% / 87 cases)
  • 2015 Reserve Humboldt Pinot Noir (12.9% / 32 cases)

Looking forward to some aged pinot!

Same, in for 6 there.

A yearly must-buy.

Thx Andrew

In for Ishi Pishi Ranch (Offer L5) – the 2012 Petit Verdot blew me away when I had it. I was watching a movie and was somewhat distracted when I took a sip and simultaneously began smiling while thinking “what the fuck did I just taste”?

Ishi Pishi Ranch is the greatest vineyard that most people have never heard of.

@Andrew_Morris, the Ishi Pishi (L5) says six wines, but only has 4 listed.

Big fan of Briceland - looking forward to returning to the winery this Spring for pick up.

Email sent for you to mix it up a bit for a case or so.

Thanks Andrew,

Ron

Sorry. Fixed.

I was on a roof until a few minutes ago. Rains are coming.

I opened a 2015 Ronda’s Vineyard Pinot Noir last night that was just lovely, elegant with red fruit and spice. Another winner from Briceland!

Pet Nats for the fireworks!!! Really fun stuff.

Great wines up and down the portfolio.

Buy without fear.

Hi Jim,

Good to hear from a “neighbor” and thanks for your onging support. Nice to speak by phone as well. I will, at the very least, I will get you some seeds from Joe’s rocoto peppers. He has plants that have over wintered outside at Shelter Cove.

Some of the best Pinots I’ve had from California. It’s always a delight opening these.

Thanks Patrick, Uli, and everyone else who has ordered and also to those who have taken time to post supportive comments.

I love this place. The tasting notes posted by Berserkers on Cellartracker are key to helping me with sales in new markets. Briceland appreciates you!

Bye the way Berserkers, If you enjoy earthy Pinot Noir, I recommend Ronda’s vineyard. It has a distinct sense of place about it which is quite appealing. Andrew (and Joe before him) have had a very good sense of the character of Humboldt County vineyards. Andrew is also a “foodie” after my own heart, and his wines seem to reflect that commitment to harmony and enhancement of food. Good stuff from my fellow Humboldtian. Jim
