I have reviewed the existing threads on the Loire Valley. We have rented a villa near Bourgeuil. I would appreciate any tour, dinning , tasting suggestions in the Bourgeuil area. thank you.
I highly recommend Domaine Guion, as we had a wonderful visit with him a few years ago. So that you’re aware, Stephane speaks limited English, so if you have some French that would be helpful. If you’re planning to head over to Chinon I have additional recommendations which I’ve posted once or twice. Highly recommended as it’s a beautiful town and there’s a lot to do even if you’re not tasting…the castle tour and river kayaking in particular were highlights of our trip.
