  11. NV Rex & Goliath - 75pts My notes were: Rex & Goliath

Couple things to note: I’m still not very good at taking notes, my palate is still in training, also I inflate my scores by a point or two - but I wrote down my notes pretty much verbatim. So, just thought I’d share…very impressed with the Siduri. Everything was put through a Vinturi, then poured back into the bottle uncorked for around 5 hours. Feel free to rip my TNs apart

Is it the Hawk’s View Vineyard or Hawks Nest?

Also I’m curious why you decided to Vinturi the wines and pour it back into the bottle for five hours? Have you tasted these wines previously?

whoops, it was Hawk’s View…thanks

Well, I wanted to give the 07’s a lot of air to really flesh out, but they were in the bottle longer than expected because everybody wanted to eat first and taste afterwards…it was for my sister in law’s birthday, so I didn’t really have a choice. I had tasted the Alesia, Loring, CH110, Melville, Wyatt previously
