Dessert tonight, while watching qualifying for and the Singapore Grand Prix (via TiVo), was ripe Black Mission Figs with St. Andre, Brie, and Robiola Bosina cheeses. These were very enjoyable with a rich, complex 1994 Chateau de Fargues. The combination of figs, good cheese, and Sauternes is had to beat after dinner.
