Just checking to see if anyone has any advice based on the results? I’m flirting with the idea, but far from committed. I don’t want a true smoked roast, but a little flavor might be nice - or it might overwhelm the meat. Anyone been a participant in something like this?

I might just give it a whirl next week. It’s just the wife and I with our newborn for Christmas, so it won’t be a really big one.
One of the huge advantages of the BGE is the moisture retention (lack of a drying effect), so it might be great!
