Peking Duck House 236 E 53rd St, New York, NY start time 8pm
-$75pp (all-inclusive) paid in advance to be paid in A boo boo’s PayPal account, > vinotas@yahoo.com> . > All payments must be received by May 1st > so we can get a final head-count before the event. After that date no reimbursements;
-we will have 2 12-tops, 7 10-tops, and 2 8-tops (the banquette tables on the left-hand wall). That will cover 110 people (Jesus, that’s a lot of Berserkers!);
-the menu is:

Any last-minute add-ons MUST pay $75 before Thursday, 5/13, high noon.

4 Peking Ducks per table + carcasses

Mixed fruits w/ orange slices and fortune cookies

I think my wife and I could force ourselves to attend, but this time I want a table with my kind of wines - 15%+ ABV reds - so I don’t have to work so hard to get as messed up as the rest of you. My body weight tends to spread the alcohol out over a larger mass so I need the extra edge.

Anyone up for doing it on a Sunday? We can then have people up to the Burbs on Saturday for an all day food fest (if I can convince my wife) with lots of grilled red meat and BGE smoked brisket and smoked pig out on the deck. We can have field trips to important suburban wine sites like Posner’s place and Max’s place and Zachy’s.
