Not sure I should offer my opinion having so little experience, but Benjamin Lerouxâ village offerings might be worth a look? His Gevrey-Chambertin is still <70usd here for the 2019 and was excellent I thought.

Savigny-Les-Beaune Premier Crus from Pavelot and Bize are well under $100.
Hard to find but Caroline Morey, rouge, are still well under $100.

I know you have a lot of experience, but quite surprised by this - I like the recent ones in good vintages, but wouldnât put them on my list of âbestâ producers under 100$. Care to expand a little bit?

Setting yourself a $100 limit for village Burgundy is definitely bargain hunting on the easy settingâŚeven for Burgundy
