I got an email a few months ago that Cru & Domaine was merging with Proof in Slabtown and turning into a new venture at the latter location called La Bodega, which would still do events and tastings. It was supposed to open March 1, but looks like they’ve been radio silent since the new year…

I’d add Avalon. Their selection for Oregon is great and some Italian. A fun shop to visit a bit out of town is Wisers in Lake Oswego (they sell aged wines). Also, New Seasons Market (several locations) has a solid selection and gives quantity discounts. Zupans is another grocery store that has a great selection (priced on the high side but has sales). The Zupans on Burnside is convenient to a New Season’s, Vinopolis and Liner and Elsen. Liner and Elsen has tastings on Friday and Saturday. The other ones mentioned are also great suggestions.
