Excellent syrah. Tasted through the entire lineup but was unable to take notes. I grabbed a glass after the bottle had been opened for 3 days. Super wine for the syrah geek as this is a single clone 877 wine. First, there’s tremendous concentration in all aspects but not sweet or cloy. There’s a purity to the tart blackberry fruit and an interesting herbal component.
