That sounds great, Todd. I’d love to see Bedrock offer a special WineBerserkers cuvee on BerserkerDay some year. I know MTP posts here once in a while, which is great. He has a lot of support on this board and the Bedrock pre-release notices and tasting notes certainly get a lot of views and discussion each time an offering comes around. Maybe something special to suggest for a future BerserkerDay? Maybe for a milestone like BD 20?

I know I’m a little tardy here, but every whenever I see this, I am reminded once againof my long-held disdain for Mark Squires. I have vague memories of getting into a tussle with him because I was critical of the RMP hatchet job to Mount Mary Wines - choosing to hang critical scores of the 2001 Quintet after he sourced the wine from underground sources just so he could say he did, in fact, taste them.

You should try egg salad Spanish style. (no mayo)
3 hard boiled eggs chopped fine
1 can of Veleta Tuna (I generally drain it)
Veleta Olive oil
salt to taste
- Combine the eggs and tuna and mix together, add Veleta Olive Oil mix until you have you preferred consistency.
