I had the Porkstrami for lunch today 
900 Wall Street had a decent Pac NW wine list, with just about everything that Cayuse makes. Prices weren’t too ridiculous, all things being equal - 2001, 2002 Bionic Frog was $350, couple other bottlings (Flying Pig, Impulsivo, iirc) were ~$200 and there were a couple of other interesting choices. We went lower budget and grabbed a 2013 JJ Chave Crozes Hermitage Silene for $55, which was reasonable. Bourbon/Rye list was pretty deep, with both George T Stagg and Sazerac 18 on the list for $33… and they were at least double pours.
Stopped by Bend Brewing Co, which had good beer (nothing outstanding), but a fantastic location on Mirror Pond. On a 72 degree day, you can do a lot worse than blowing through a couple of their IPAs, while sitting on an Adirondack Chair on the grass.
Final note - Boneyard moved to a large brewpub, with multiple bars and a ton of space. Am a huge fan of Hop Venom and Notorious. Also got to try their “Mr. Centaur” which the guy described as a “quad,” although it’s listed as a Triple IPA coming in at 13%
