As the weather is such horrible in Berlin, I am also buying around the corner in the supermarket instead of buying in the food luxury store. This dish looks not spectecular, but I promise it is very delcious and such cheap. BTW, use pancetta…much better.
Ingredients
6 chicory
50g pancetta/bacon
50g butter
1 glass white wine
5 tbsp breadcrumbs
5 tbsp parmesan
Note: in addition I added some cream (leftover in the fridge!)
