Bedrock Fall 2025 Release Save the Date Tuesday, July 15, 2025

Always happy to provide….

For this release I think from most fruit forward to most savory/structured it would go Katushas, Old Vine, Evangelho, Dolinsek, Carlisle, Teldeschi, Old Hill. I would caveat that of the 2024s, except for Old HIll, these are all wines that tend to be on the juicier more forward side of things. We are waiting until November to bottle Bedrock Heritage Wine, which is normally on this release and typically on the higher structure side, and then others coming down the pipeline- Sky, Monte Rosso, Oakville Farmhouse, Nervo, Belloni, Papera all tend to be on the more structured side of the spectrum in various ways. That said, we try to strike a balance most releases and have the more forward Beeson Ranch and Banfield coming out int he Winter and Spring as well.

Super helpful. Thanks so much.

Live.

Really really thrilled with the increased allocations on the barbera

Order in. Surprised to see OHR as wish list only for 750s (but not for mags), at least for me. Hopefully no issues getting my wish granted there. Had to work hard but kept it to a case where it’s been two cases the last few times. Discipline!

Edit - apparently the OHR was an error and was meant to be the other way around - fixed now!

Small order in. I did wish list for 2 of the Malbec/Cab Franc blend.

As is typical for me with Bedrock, going with half reds and half whites. Don’t sleep on the Bedrock whites - they are stellar!

@Morgan_Twain-Peterson apologies if I missed it, but are the alcohol levels listed anywhere in the offer? Thanks!

Love these wines. One of the easier purchases each year. Price and quality are outstanding.

The wines range from a low of 12.8% for Bien Nacido into the mid-14s for the Zinfandel/Heritage wines.

Placed my order despite the unexpected Jayson Tatum slander at the top of the release podcast @Morgan_Twain-Peterson

I feel like my dig on Jalen Brunson was worse

Sure but I’m a Celts fan so that didn’t bother me! Haha great “flop” line though

I considered not ordering at all after that shot. I mean kicking a guy while he’s down!

I opened a ‘23 Barbera two nights ago that I had earmarked as an early check-in. Exceptional with food. But 24 hours later was absolutely gorgeous. I already stashed away the rest of the ‘23s knowing that this was going to happen.

Great release per usual!

I haven’t purchased the OVZ in quite a few years (focus on the single vineyards these days) but was pretty excited to snag a 3L box…until i saw it was a 3-pack, ha! Love the idea and I’m sure the shipping logistics demand it…but i just don’t need that much OVZ in a box

Order in for everything else - Teldeschi, Dolinsek, Carlisle, Old Hill, Evangelho, and wish-listed a Tres Bonne

Always excited for Karatas. Can still remember my first experience back in the day with it and was blown away, not having any frame of reference for what it might be. Order placed for much more wine than I need

Same here when I first logged in - Old Hill wish list only. How was I going to keep my “18-23 vertical going?

Decided to log out and back in … phew, problem solved!

Mixed case buy. Was very tempted to buy the boxed OVZ, but 3x3L is a lot to commit to in that format.

Funny, we both love Bedrock, but approach it a little differently. I typically buy two of most things, but get a case of the OVZ. Just love that as a weekday wine. Ultimate QPR and cellar defender.

I skipped the boxed OVZ after a recent flawed boxed Lulu.
