Called the bank, they have no contact information for the individual either, which is unusual for Zelle but not unheard of.

It is officially in BERSERKER probate. I hear we have quite a few lawyers who can assist with the claim.

Nope, it has to go to unclaimed property ( 
), which has a whole different set of laws. Some of these laws are known as escheatment laws.
