What did you drink with it? Would olives and bay make the pairing of red burgundy difficult?

I drank a german Grand Cru Riesling. Yes, try it with a Burgundy, could be fantastic. BTW, the quality of the olives and chicken is important, I used wonderful green olives with had subtle flavors of almond from the Provence.
