Aureole Las Vegas

I had a wonderful dinner at Aureole Wednesday night. “Four” course tasting menu with wine pairing. (Each course had two separate complementary dishes therefore really eight-plus courses).

Our view was of a small pool, small waterfall and its four swans. We enjoyed stretching and watching the swans outside between course three and four. The meal was superb. It required and deserved contemplation.

Chef hit a home run. Highly recommended.

What were the courses/wine pairings?

The first two meals I had there were very inspired. The second two were only so so. I haven’t been in a few years. Its always good to hear nice reports.

I’m glad somebody had a good meal there, while the wine pairings have always been nice the meals have just been so-so.

I’ve only been there once, but both wine and food were excellent.
