To think I snagged this deal for a measly $750 just a few years back after being outbid the year prior. Glad to see Berserkers have woken up and priced me out now. I’ll be curious to see if I continue to be the only Berserker that actually shows up after winning. Since it’s unlimited guests, if the winner lets me and my wife tag along for the evening I’ll contribute some fine Napa Cab to the occasion.

It’s a hard place to get to lol. I never new Nebraska was so far from everywhere. 
But it looks gorgeous so hopefully we can find a way to make it this year.

My wife, dogs, and I jump in our truck and four hours later we’re there. It’s not that hard to get to Burwell, Nebraska.

Ha! It’s an absolutely beautiful part of the country. Living here in Cheyenne, that central part of Nebraska was our “eastern-most” part of our upland bird hunting trips back in the day. While we mostly hunted the Panhandle and what’s considered “southwest” Nebraska, we loved getting over to anywhere up and down Hwy 183.

Yep, and around that reservoir near Alma. North around Broken Bow, and all the way up by Ainsworth. I just loved all those days taking in CRP and other lands open to us, with my Brittany and 12 gauge.
