Remains enjoyable - shows best above cellar temp. Light yellow, crisp acidity on nose with lemon curd and touch of grapefruit. Hint of honeysuckle. Slight viscousness adds to great mouthfeel.

Tasted non blind. Opened and served immediately. Followed over about 2-3 hours.

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of talc, flowers and brandy soaked pears. Flavors of peach, quince, apricot and lime. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
